With a background in public policy, technology, and national debate, Nikhil brings strategic leadership and deep community insight to the platform. He's worked across government offices, shelters, and advocacy spaces to push for solutions that are equitable, data-driven, and grounded in the lived experiences of those facing housing insecurity.

Connor Brady is the Co-Founder of ShelterSpot, with a passion for turning his interest in applied mathematics and computer science into technology that has a real impact on his community. Connor has a background in competitive programming, data science, and plays baseball.
